You bring a real question. Sibyl returns a dossier for a human to weigh — never an instruction. Here is exactly what happens, and what you get back.
What you get
A dossier, not a command.
Sibyl gathers a world-model sketch of your question, runs it past three independent councils (Growth, Juristic, Rational), and arbitrates their positions without averaging disagreement away. Where a Transurfing "pendulum" is feeding on the conflict, it may attach an optional, clearly-labelled reflective note. Nothing in the dossier is an order. The guarantees
Four promises behind every consult.
- IThe AGORA audit
Every consult is evaluated against 25 principles of ethical agency and written into a tamper-evident, hash-linked chain. Your dossier carries an audit reference; the record can be independently verified and challenged.
- IIThe disagreement policy
When the councils genuinely disagree, Sibyl surfaces the disagreement verbatim and routes the question to a human. It does not manufacture a confident middle. On contested political-value questions, escalation is the correct outcome — not a failure.
- IIIThe human gate
Consults are asynchronous by design. You receive a receipt id immediately; a person reviews the dossier before anything is sent. The human holding the last word is a feature, not latency to hide. Public consults never bypass review.
- IVPrivacy & contestability
Bring public, not personal, data. We store your email only to reply. Your submission is treated as data, never used to act in the world. To contest a dossier or its audit, reply to the delivery email or write to hello@sibylsystem.eu.
